HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The price for CoolSculpting is based on the areas you would like to have sculpted and
the number of sessions needed to achieve your ultimate goals. We will design an
individualized treatment plan for you that’s tailored precisely to your body, your goals, and
your budget. Patients typically require several treatments to achieve the desired results.
The cost for a CoolSculpting plan starts at $1,500 for 2 cycles, and discounted treatment
packages are available to complete a full program if needed to achieve the desired results.
HOW LONG IS EACH TREATMENT? HOW MANY WILL I NEED?
We will create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific goals. The length of each CoolSculpting cycle is one hour. Depending on the area being treated, you may have 2 cycles performed simultaneously, with both machines in operation.. Your total time at the spa will vary depending on the number of areas being treated during one visit. We may schedule additional visits to complete your treatment plan and meet your goals.
WHERE DOES THE FAT GO? WHAT IF I GAIN WEIGHT DOWN THE ROAD?
Once the treated fat cells are crystallized (frozen), your body processes the fat and eliminates these dead cells. Once the treated fat cells are gone, they’re gone for good, so the results are lasting. Many people, after seeing the results from their CoolSculpting procedure, take even better care of themselves. If you do gain weight in the future, you will gain it evenly all over your body.
WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE? ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS OR CONTRA-INDICATIONS?
As the cooling begins during the first few minutes, you will feel pressure, tugging and intense cold. This soon dissipates. Many people read, watch videos, work on their laptop, or even take a nap during their treatment. Following the procedure, typical side effects include temporary numbness, redness, swelling, bruising, firmness, tingling, stinging and pain. Rare side effects may also occur. As with any procedure, you may experience some discomfort. However, the sensations typically dissipate.
The CoolSculpting procedure is not for everyone. You should not have the CoolSculpting procedure if you are pregnant or nursing or if you suffer from cryoglobulinemia or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria. Physicians should examine the patient for evidence of pre-existing abdominal or femoral hernia prior to use of the device. As with any medical procedure, a consultation must be done by one of our Medical Team to determine if the patient is a candidate for treatment.
CAN I RETURN TO NORMAL ACTIVITIES AFTER MY TREATMENT?
Yes, you can. The CoolSculpting procedure is completely non-surgical, so typically you can return to normal activities
immediately. Often times, patients return to work after their CoolSculpting session is over.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS? WILL IT REALLY WORK?
The CoolSculpting treatment both effective and safe. Over 90% of patients had a noticeable difference after just one treatment. The typical result from one treatment is a fat loss of 15-25% in the area treated, and patient results may vary.You may start to see changes as quickly as three weeks after your treatment, and you will experience the most dramatic results after two to three months. But your body will continue to flush out fat cells for up to four to six months after treatment.
